"L'inizio" - P. Cuppone, an italian complete artist!

This song, shows us an artist, a complete artist. 

Brings us back to the sweet melodies of "Moonrise", music intro on the disc "La storia parte da qui" of  Sonohra, which he composed. This song, brings the same sound of that introduction to create a song of infinite sweetness. At the level of instrumental, leaves everyone speechless, very clear is the reference to electronic music, a melody made with skill. The voice, though not that of a singer, but that of a guitarist, that has not studied singing, you hear, but I would recommend (the vocal part) to another singer, a voice like that of Luca (of Sonohra), sweet and hot, but vocally set. 

The text explains the restlessness of a love full of anxiety and as a guy can love a girl, enough to feel the dark shadow of the problems she always on his shoulders, perhaps an excessive romanticism? I  say no, I would say that there are some guys so deep and should be appreciated and not have them run away. 

I sincerely hope that he can offer other texts of the same caliber, although I hope that the next time will be sung by someone else. 

After hearing this song, I think it is a good writer, and if I was him I would think seriously about doing this job :P

“Amore al Veleno”, the debut song of “Il Blog”

The blog, a duo that at this time are doing a lot of attention, especially in Piedmont, composed by Umberto Gaudino (keyboardist and composer of several texts of the duo and not only) and Je Suis Saretta (singer).

Their debut song is “Amore al Veleno” a song destined to be a smash, with tunes that you come and stay with you in mind.

The musicianship is excellent, too bad for her voice, which had the defects of pronunciation on some words and being a bit 'whining in some parts, is a bit' annoying ear of the listener.

My congratulations go to the two authors of the text Umberto Gaudino and Carlo Montanaro for the sound that they have been able to find and melodiousness of the words that you have approached.

I think it's a good group, especially in the songs, but I was them I would work more on the singer's voice.

Interview to Ameliè!!!

This time, I have interviewed for you, Amelie, a young singer that this year has won the Lunezia prize. But go to discover her through her answers!

 

 

What's your name? Do you came from?
Amelie (to the registry Paola Memeo) and she came from Milan
Do you like thing to do in the life over that to play?
Like me to be with the friends, I love observing the nature, admire panoramas, travel, cuddle the my super gattone Oscar! :) I adore the animals. I like as to organize jokes to the friends: D See comic film and of epoca…mi likes in general the theater and the art (in fact I have graduated in Letters Modern address historical Disciplines of the show): D
Is your passion born for the music from where?
It is born as soon as I am born:))) When I have succeeded in being standing alone on my gambines memory that I loved swinging to dance only also me with the noise of the vacuum cleaner: D Poi to 5 I have started to study piano and to 15 to study song… the endless passion for the music I think both innate…. it is born in the moment in which you receive the gift of the life…. then in my house you/he/she is always listened to everything…. mine played the piano, my mother listened to the whole pop music, dance of the best years, while my father listened more classical and orchestral music.
Tell us about your artistic experience from the beginning until now!
Would like us a whole biography:))) not to annoy I can tell only you that as all I have started to sing in numerous cover band, has faced styles of various kind, from the pop one to the rock, from the acid jazz to the funky, from the soul to the Italian music…. and I have had indeed a lot of experience of stage live…poi I have started to work as shift workers in studies of recording lending my voice it drives in test-tubes of passages destined to some big of the Italian song (Noemi, Cristina Di oat etc) and for some spots…. Really doing this job I have known mine actual producer Giovanni Rosina; with him I have given life to my unpublished project Amelie and here I am…. Today I can say to be satisfied indeed, I deal me with music; it is my job besides my reason for life, in fact over whether to be busy on my project Amelie,… I teach song, job as professional on you plan musical of various type (currently I am busy in the production of an independent musical that will depart from Sardinia next year) and job as singer chorister for some artists that collaborations and feauturing ask me.
Tell us one defect of yours and one merit of yours!
Bhe a merit… the being always always smiling…. a defect… I am a bad housewife:))
Which are your singers or preferred groups?
Bhe in primis Michael Jackson…. but I am many of it… from the great Lucio Battisti to George Gaber, from the Queen to the Totos, Mine, Luigi Tenco, hook a lot of Noa, the Air, the Beatleses, the Genesis, Lara Fabian, for the new generations Annulled, The Genius, Bugo, the new Arisa…. and so many others
Your favorite singer is Michael Jackson, have you ever in your songs inspired by him? and why it is your favorite singer? and Because it is your preferred singer?
You is my preferred artist, to nine the spark is struck!  love at first sight and to first listening. I remained literally bewitched by his/her energy, from her charisma, from his/her groove, from her way of singing and to dance. 
I think both the greatest artist of every time, is firmly convinced that nobody will ever reach her greatness; MJ has marked an epoch, a style, has fate life to different produce musical first ever existed, is the top!  MJ for me represents the art, the show, the music, the magic. 
Unconsciously I think both is always a source of inspiration, volutamentes are not me ever inspired to her songs for the simple fact what I don't like to copy or to resemble to someone… the influences that are musically absorbed during the life I think is useful to build above all you one one man show of yours and only identity…. Surely to aware level MJ has taught me the importance of the show; when I have the possibility to make some live in great places, I am always very careful to the surrender "stage" over how musical obviously; but more than all you/he/she has taught me the importance of the united show to the greatness of the music… it is an explosive mixture that few succeed indeed in conjugating with style and elegance.
To who inspire yourself for your pieces?
To my emotions and feelings, to my world…. to nothing other… 
Is there one of it to which you are particularly tied up?
I love all of my songs… I can say that some of these have given me big emotions… the last new individual "with the nose to the insù" you/he/she has made me win the Lunezia Prize, "As he does" you/he/she has made me arrive on the platform of the Poggio Bustone Prize for Lucio Battisti…. Just for you I bring her/it in the heart for different personal motives… Footstep and I close you/he/she has been the first song written by me… but I love her all, as if they were daughters:))
What projects do you have for the future?
As! :) are not ever stop, are working to the first assembly Amelitico with the fanses, in September I will be guest to the Mei of Faenza as winner of the Lunezia Prize, in October are in final to the Connecting rod Festival, is preparing new pieces and organizing new dates…. so many so many things in the yard!
What emotion have you tried when have engraved your first individual?
In reality I have engraved the whole first mini album… once finished only the disk we have chosen with what single to go out… chronologically the first engraved piece if I don't remember badly you/he/she has been Cellophane…l'emozione it is always the same one when I sing…. as MJ said it is as to be a tree that feels on itself the breeze de wind… you enter a dimension that cannot be explained with the words, but only with the music...

As she has been to produce the first EP?
Hard, but at the same amusing time, marvelous. To the epoch I also developed another job besides the music, I worked as commercial person responsible in a firm of congresses, for which you can imagine you… I worked up to the 19, I went out of run and I threw myself in study up to the 3 of the morning…. I don't even know me as have done! : D Ma today, that have realized the dream to live of alone music, I/you/they are satisfied indeed and proud of the sacrifices and of the results that we have succeeded in getting. Then with the team of job an unique understanding is created indeed, and I think that the good surrender of the project has depended above all on the magic alchemies that are created among the people that have worked us. We were, we are and we will be always very determined in to bring forth our objectives with great passion and professionalism.
The song 'cellophane' you compare her/it to your life or to the life of everybody? as if it were closed in this cellophane?
"Cellophane" he/she speaks of the actual social condition: let's live all in a context in which unfortunately the appearance is more main point of the substance… and the message wants really to be "Hey people, wake up! free you from the taboos, from the social masks, look for of way of living free, less confirmed, remove from you the "cellophane" from which are wound and Live!"
As she has been your first experience as author of the text Footstep and do I close? what have you tried when have sung her the first time knowing that you have written her you?
Thanks to this passage I have also experimented my part compositional to authorial. I thought about being only an interpreter and instead I have understood that I can be also a singer songwriter. Despite this, I prefer to always work on my pieces in collaboration with valid people. Many prefer to entirely write pieces of proper hand, but for as I see her/it I, believe is important always the final result, for which that has written it everything you or together with somebody else, what counts it is to give passages life of quality that mirrors your internal world and your deeper emotions. 
"Footstep and I close" it is a particular piece, she has given me unique and unforgettable moments… the first time that I have performed live her has me almost made to cry.
Under that labels you are?
I am an independent production, what I have created I have done him with my hands and with those of Giovanni Rosina. Any other to the shoulders, and of this we are proud. 
Once finished the job of production we have digitally been distributed by the' label Red Á. the Sunset that has put us on The tuneses and on the various channels on line. 
Lately, in sight of the new album, we have received a proposal of executive production from a house record Indians (of which don't do name for correctness), but for motives a some tied up to the contract, a some to the artistic part, Giovanni and I we are felt to refuse the offer there even though interesting. Immediately later however we have had the confirmation to have made the correct choice:) because in every case satisfactions have arrived behind one the other; from the exhibition in first evening on Rai Uno, to the Victoria to the Lunezia Prize, to the ending of the Connecting rod Festival and to the passage on the national frequencies of Radio Rai.
To when your album?
Who can say him? we are working there but to give a date now is too soon:)
In that city you have played? Is there one of it to which you are particularly tied up and because?
In the different cities… but obviously that that hook more is my city… Milan. Also because here I have the big succession of the fans.
In that city you would like to play and because?
Rome in primis, adores this city and a beautiful slice of my public it is also Roman…. then I hope to play soon in Veneto because here I have also different people that follow me and it would be fantastic to succeed in organizing some dates in the province of Treviso and Padua.
With that artists you would like to play and why?
I like a lot of Mauro Emanno Giovanardi, with him it would be a dream to realize a duet… besides I see him/it proper for the world amelitico:) it would Be a honor for me. 
I adore Nicolò Fabi, also with him it would be a dream to start a collaboration. Lately am trying to give life to some interesting collaborations, but for the time being better not saying too much! :)
Which competed you have done and which have you/they helped you in this run mostly?
All those that I till now have done have always brought me something of good person. The most important have surely been thin today to The Poggio Bustone Prize for Lucio Battisti and the Lunezia Prize. 
Somehow also to participate in 2010 in Sanremo Nuova Generation you/he/she has been useful to lace some contacts and to make to know me to the public internauta.
As you has been to win the Lunezia prize?
The biggest satisfaction until to today. I think that after Sanremo, The Lunezia Prize (together with Musicultura) both currently in Italy the most important contest for the emergent music. Then to have won this prize she has been a fundamental recognition. To receive the compliments from so many critical and employees has infinitely been stimulating surely to continue my run with great determination and conviction. I can say to be honored indeed of this victory, above all because this Prize from priority to the quality both compositional how literary, giving the priority to the true artisticità under all the points of view.
What relationship do you have with your fans?
Stupendous! if there were not them the world amelititco would not exist! they are affectionate, always introduce! The Ameliticis are a fundamental part of my project, likes me to communicate with them and to hold them always adjourned on everything! And' marvelous to know that a lot of people follow you, they appreciate you and they love you. Give me an energy and position maddish! And is marvelous to see how in the last months is increased in dreadful way! In this I think has lent me a hand the apparition done on Rai Uno in first evening! Think that in September, on application of some of them, are organizing even the first assembly Amelitico:) a meeting in which will be together everybody to know us and to spend a day Amelitica among culinary dishes (obviously cooked not by me) and music!
What suggestion from the to the singers that lean out for the first time to the world of the music?
There would be so many things to recommend, but always in base to my lived personnel… and you know…. each has his/her experiences for which the things that I can recommend me would be able not to be all right for all…. 
As it regards my experience I can say only to never improvise him… to always study without however never to put the technique before the heart…. to be always professional in any context is found there, to be humble and to never feel himself/herself/themselves arrivals…. to always work with great determination and above all… to surround him of correct people…. because in this sector they are so many the characters phony… but with the experience you learn then to recognize them to kilometers of distance:)
Your family thing thinks of it of this your dream?
It totally supports me and it is fierce of what I am doing, even if to the beginning, when I have released the steady employment to try to make only music, justly it is very worried. 
But they know that I am stubborn and you/they have learned to trust herself me…. they know that if I decide to do something I bring ahead her up to the impossible one:)
Future dates in which to be able to feel you?
On September 29 I should be to the Mei of Faenza, on October 19 they are to the Social Theater Rude of Brescia for the ending of the Connecting rod Festival and then all the appointments you can always find them on my official site www.ameliemusic.it

25/08/2012 - Concert Nomadi and Omar Pedrini - Castagnole Lanze

Thousands of people for an unforgettable concert, that even with the rain, were able to support their idols, Nomadi and Omar Pedrini.

Omar Pedrini began his musical career in 1986 with Timoria, in 1996 he started a solo career. Last night, we did hear three songs.

The first "Senza vento", an old song of Timoria, then reworked in 2011 with a more Rock. Here has been shown to have a voice very rock and scratchy, although there were errors on the treble.

The second song, "Casa mia", as he himself said, came last in the Sanremo Festival 4 years ago, I found a little harmonica in some places and quite annoying.

The last, "Sole spento" with Gilda, backing vocals, is a song that was inspired by a letter that came from a guy from prison, I found it very touching and exciting.

An artist who knows his fact, an artist who deserves to be able to sing in front of so many people, but especially in his writings tries to give the message to the public.

The nomadi, a band founded in 1963, is the oldest in Europe, that even after all these years, still knows excite and engage your audience, which is of all ages. They have a fighting spirit on stage seems to be little boys. Not a mistake, the singer with a voice clean and warm, but not least were the bassist and guitarist who sang a couple of songs, as if they were the singers. The violinist, very prepared, was able to demonstrate its prowess in the solo, which lasted a couple of minutes, which was able to give a break to the rest of the band.

There have been numerous humanitarian initiatives related to the concert: the money from the tickets were donated to research of Candiolo and also were sold T-shirts for the earthquake in Emilia. Touching was their cry of Freedom for Tibet accompanied by the song "Auschwitz."

A really exciting evening that will remain in the hearts of those who were there.

Interview to Riccardo D'avino

This time I have interviewed for you a singer songwriter of Rivoli, a town next to Turin. What, in September, it will participate in the selections for Sanremo Young.

What’s your name? Years? Where are you from? And what do you study?

I’m  Riccardo D’Avino. I am 25 years old and I come from to Rivoli (Turin). I have graduated last year in graphics and advertising communication and now I make the graph but I dream to become musician of profession.

How come the choose to use your true name and not a stage name?

Beh, because I don't need a name of art. I am already an artist the whole day and I don't have need to transform me when they are in study or on the stage. If I must turn me into serious person in the situations that ask for him. I also use my true name because I think that I play very well.

Do you like to do in the life over that to play?

I love to devote me to the traditional graphics and web, to read and to travel.

Where born your passion for the music?

Is a beautiful question. To help the development of this passion has also been certainly the vast collection of disks of my parents, that since when I was child they have made me listen to music of every kind.

Tell us your artistic experience from the beginnings to now!

I have started to play the guitar and to take lessons to the 13 year-old tender age, starting from the acoustics, therefore passing to the electric one. I have had some experiences as guitarist in some groups with which I have not done so much, if more than few concerts, until 18 years I have not begun to also take lessons of song. Of there to few I have formed a new group, the "Ashes of the Nothing", that will subsequently change name in "Krill HasGone." It is the first group with which I have had an activity more important live and with which have recorded two Eps and a song for a compilation, "Hit the center." Nevertheless, also this band is loosened in the 2008. From that moment in then I have decided to undertake a soloist career, that is continuing more and more still with satisfactory results.

Tell us one defect of yours and one merit of yours!

My biggest merit for some and defect for others is my extremely demanding and stubborn being on what I want.

Which are your singers or preferred groups?

Among mine preferred there are artists of various kind in shed order as The Police, U2, R.E.M., Toto, Ligabue, Litfiba, Negrita, Yes, Genesis, Phil Collins, Peter Gabriel, Level 42, Fugazi, Jawbox, At the drive-in, Lucio Battisti, Lucio Dalla, MaxGazzè, Niccolo’Fabi, Mario Venuti, the Indian percussionista TrilokGurtu, Helium and the tense histories, DeepPurple, Led Zeppelin, Foo Fighters, AC DC.

What inspires you for your pieces?

To the same of the preceding question, but also to all that that gives me for the head and it convinces me.

There is one to which you are particularly fond of?

Probably the Totos, that I consider one of the best groups to the world for their technique, their creativeness and their versatility.

What are your plans for the future?

In September they will begin the recordings of my first real album, that it will call "The world          around" and it will contain 12 passages, I understood the 4 presents in the my actual Ep "to Run   away and to return", with riarrangiatis will come and ri-recorded together to others 8 new songs. Besides the concerts and my producer will take back it is firmly intentioned to bring me to the selections of Sanremo Young. In the same period it will also go out "we are here", passage devoted Mark Simoncelli, whose proceeds will go all in beneficence to the Mark Simoncelli Onlus to the disappearance of the biker, association no profit managed by the parents of Mark that it finances humanitarian projects.

What emotion have you tried when have engraved your first individual?

First of all a big sense of surprise to have been less scarce than I thought… Ahahah! Jokes apart, the emotions that I try every time that register and listening a new passage are indescribable. They are so many images and so many colors that fly in my mind and in my heart to flow of the music and of the words.

Where have you recorded him/it?

"Two or three things that I know about you" I have recorded her among the Home Study of the musician and arranger Francesco Saglietti and the Rock Lab I Study, both in Turin. In the first one I have recorded the tools, in the second the voices.

As you/he/she has been to produce alone the first EP?

And' is very satisfactory. I have been able to personally follow and with attention all the phases of recording and mix and the final result you/he/she has been amazing, also thanks to the final touch of the huge Alexander Vanara, that is a technician of mastering that also works firmly to the disks of Á. the Bano and that accordingly you/he/she has developed a job of high-level. The sound of the Ep is fresh and powerful, but also more delicate in the most reflexive moments, as for instance the song of which we have spoken before.

Has thing inspired him/it to you?

You/he/she has inspired him to me the urgency to make to hear my voice, to expose my observations to the world, my insecurities, but also my joy and my desire to express me.

To which song you are tied up?

To "This reality", a passage devoted to the feeling of a world that, as it says note the song "it doesn't have space for me", or when it seems that you are not never correct for the world, that always turns from the opposite part in comparison to where you are racing you.

Under that labels you are? As you have been open?

My label calls Khan Khan music publishing, it is of Bologna and I have found her online, through an announcement in which it said that you/he/she was looking for new artists to produce. I have sent their my material, that his/her owner is liked a lot Guido De Gaetano, which has put me under contract.

A quando il tuo album?

As I said before, I will begin to record him/it in September, but its exit is anticipated for the next spring, since will want us different months for the workmanship of the whole product. You/he/she will be anticipated however by an individual, that could already go out toward February 2013.

In that city you have played? Is there one of it to which you are particularly tied up and why?

I have played in a lot of Italian cities, but I am a lot of legacy in Rome, to his/her places and his/her very warm and impassioned public. I am also obviously tied up to my Turin, even if I have to say that our public is more middly disinterested to the music and less warm.

In that city you would like to play and why?

It is not particularly one of them, I would like to play in more possible places to spread the more possible my message. I have to say however that I would be very curious to play in Japan, considering that I know that the Japanese literally go crazy for the European artists and they reserve them noisy but cheerful receptions.

With that artists you have played?

I have played with different artists of the Torinese and Piemontese area, further to have divided the stage with artists from Italy during various contests and demonstrations. Once I have had the pleasure to sing in a contest where Heather Mou also competed, that consider an excellent and very nice artist. To the epoch it was only 18 years old, but it was already a lot of talented. To the same festival it was present another artist always launched by Sanremo Young this year or the good Julia Anania.

With that artists you would like to play and why?

Dream to divide the stage with the Totos or the U2s, but also to open a concert of Ligabue, Mario Venuti or other Italian artists would be magnificent.Why? Because they are the artists that love!

Which competed you have done and which have you/they helped you in this run mostly?

I have made different contests. Among the most known I quote the Festival of Castrocaro, the Without Label and the August Prize Daolio, devoted to the lamented ex-singer of the Nomad. It is not particularly one of them that has helped more me. All the contests that I have developed have helped me to improve me, to make new knowledge’s and to gather so many positive and negative sides of the musical world.

What relationship do you have with your fans?

They are very important for me. With them I always interact through the various social network and I try to maintain a precious relationship, because they is precious, vital.

What suggestion from the to the singers that lean out for the first time to the world of the music?

A sentence that I like a lot to lately pronounce is "to be innovative, is not had to try to invent a new musical kind. It needs only to try to write great songs". I think, all of us artists of new generation we have to try to make beautiful songs, because it is this what the actual musical scene misses it. There are today too many passages "it uses and it throws", without contents and facts on purpose to sell, but that nobody will remember him more among few months. There is need of songs that enters again the heart of the people, that in forty years someone will still hum in front of a bonfire with the guitar or that it will still play in the places. It doesn't care what the kind is, the main point is to try to write deep songs and also original, that doesn't look for to recall particularly himself/herself/themselves any. Here, another suggestion that I give to whom is about to write his/her first song it is that to listen more possible music, not to become fossilized himself/herself/themselves on one or two son-in-laws, to eliminate the prejudices and to take the best from everything that that he/she is listened. With "the best" I intend to say what inspires you and that you think that you/he/she could be proposed in personal and only way inside a song. Not form a group thinking "we will play hard rock" or "we will play funky". Form thinking of you him "we will make great songs, who rubs some kind in which someone will want to classify us". If instead you are interpreters, or don't write songs, you look for a vocal stamp everything your however, something that represents to the best what you have inside and that at the same time you don't resemble too much to that of any other singer. Obviously, this whole discourse is worth also for myself every day that I sing or I write.

Your family thing thinks of it of this your dream?

They are very fierce of me and they sustain me every time that you/they are able. However they don't also miss never to hold me with the feet for earth. That of the music is not an easy world and you/he/she can also be fallen down by a moment to the other when there is inside.

Future dates in which to be able to feel you?

I will restart in September and the dates I am to be defined, but soon I will adjourn you.

A very open and sociable boy, with a great talent. I wish him to succeed in this field and to arrive on the stage of the Ariston because if it deserves indeed it.

"As long as you love me" - Justin Bieber

As promised, I find myself here writing about Justin Bieber and his new single, "As long as you love me."A song definitely very electronic, almost dance.

It tells of a love that can overcome anything, a hopeless love. The greatest romance and want this love to all the costs you can see it when he beats her father because it prevents their love. (Perhaps the modern Romeo and Juliet, we hope that the ending is better). Just to express  this concept, the video was made as a Short-Film.

The drum beat of the drum seems to rhythm of the heart of the lovers and those who listen with bated breath.

In rap I'm not crazy on rapper’s flow, but in the context of this song interlude( is generally understood as a composition placed between other entities musical or dramatic, such as the acts of a comedy ) makes it more harmonious and more engaging.

A very upbeat song, who knows how to pull the crowds and makes me want to dance, as was also Boyfriend.

In my opinion, a song that really touch your heart knows.

One Direction

Well ... I could not write about them.

It was a bit 'of time I had this article in the drawer, but among the thousands of commitments have never been able to finish it and now it's time to finish it and published it.

The band detection XfactorUK 2010, with millions of fans around the world, everyone is talking about, both good and evil, but they are the most discussed topic around the web.

One group that definitely can not go unnoticed.

Fans wait anxiously for each of their singles and even those who claim not to hear them and can not bear to listen to their songs and their individual knows them.

Were special guests at Sanremo 2012 with their single "What makes you beautiful", a song that you can define "summer", full of strength and adrenaline, a real smash. (It will be the hit of summer 2012?)

Five items that form one, which can convey emotions, let's have a concentration of skills and emotions.

Before writing this article was a morning just to hear their songs sung by the first cover to Xfactor their latest singles.

There was no clear beginning to mature now, but surely the skill has remained unchanged, the entries are also gained, as the technique of the rest.

In my opinion, we can expect a lot from these guys, given their young age, and will surely continue to amaze and excite us grow more and more and perhaps become the new "Backstreet Boys".

Dying Breed: “Alter Bridge” Tribute Band

On the night of March 31, to Candiolo, in the province of Turin (Italy) took place the concert of the Dying Breed.

This cover band officially formed in 2011 with the aim to recreate as closely as possible the unmistakable sound of "Alter Bridge".

I must say that I know how to respect their judgment about, the voice is almost identical to the original songs and sometimes you don’t hear any difference between the original band and them. As for the music, like the voice, there were some small inaccuracies, but otherwise this was also true to the original and the difference was minimal.
